4-day BASIS SoftExpo to kick off Thursday

With the slogan ‘welcome to the smartverse’, BASIS SoftExpo 2023, country’s largest-ever digital exhibition and one of the biggest exhibitions of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector in South Asia, will be held on February 23-26 at Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Centre at Purbachal in Dhaka.

Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) is going to organise the four-day mega show which is totally funded by the private sector to highlight the latest technological innovations and ICT capabilities of Bangladesh to the world, said a press release.

The capacities of Bangladesh’s ICT sector will be highlighted through various programmes at this information technology exhibition.

In a bid to share information about the exhibition with the media, BASIS organised a press conference at Sheraton in the capital’s Banani area on Sunday.
