Syed Mahmud Ashraf Al Ashrafee Al Jilani, the sajjadanashin of Kaswasa Darbar Sharif in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday said the Ashrafiya school of thought or the Ashrafiya Tarika will contribute more to the welfare of Islam.

He made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a views exchange meeting of Anjuman e Ashrafia Bangladesh held in an auditorium at Khulshi of Chattogram.

“Various lies are being spread all over the world about Islam. People are constantly being misled by the spreading of lies. The right path of Islam is the path guided by our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH),” said Syed Mahmud Ashraf.

“We have to beware of these people who are contaminating religion with lies. There will be many more services to Islam through Ashrafiyah Tariqa,” he added.

Mohammed Ali Hossain, director (Finance) of PHP Family and chairman of Anjuman e Ashrafia Charitable Trust, was the special guest at the meeting.

He said, “It is possible to find Allah and His Rasul (PBUH) only if you follow the path indicated by Allah’s walis. Being nearer them, people stay away from wrongdoing, injustice and wickedness, which makes it easier to walk on the path of Allah and His Rasul (PBUH). We should always serve Islam.”

Presiding over the event, Moulana Kazi Moinuddin Ashrafee, president of Anjuman e Ashrafia Bangladesh, said, “There is fear of Allah and love for the prophet in the heart of every believer. A true believer is very dear to Allah. May we all be true believers. May Allah allow the Muslim ummah to follow all the Qur’anic commandments in the right way and to refrain from creating mischiefs like shirk and kufr in the world,”

Among others, the meeting was attended by Surayat Raktim Ashrafee, Mufti Harunur Rashid Ashrafee, Abdur Rahim, Md Rafiq Ashrafee, Jamikur Aktar Ashrafee, and Monirul Islam Ashrafee.
