Padma Bank activities to remain suspended for 4 days

Padma Bank Ltd will keep its banking activities suspended for four days to carry out a core banking software migration.

Banking activities will remain suspended from 12am on December 21, to 11:55pm on December 25, read a circular issued by the Bangladesh Bank on Tuesday.

The circular added that the regulator approved the temporary suspension of Padma Bank activities following a request from the bank.
