Bashundhara gives aid to 6,000 families

Bashundhara Group, a leading business conglomerate of the country, distributed relief items among distressed people and study materials among students at Tungipara and Kotalipara in Gopalganj on Sunday.

Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra Limited organized the programme with assistance from Bashundhara Group, marking the 91st birth anniversary of Bangamata Begum Fazilatun Nesa Mujib.

A number of 6,000 jobless families got relief while 1,000 students received education materials at the programme held in Kotalipara Shilpakala Academy premises.
