Peoples Insurance holds half-yearly conference

The half-yearly conference-2021 of Peoples Insurance Company Limited was held through virtual platform recently.

Jafar Ahmed Patwari, Chairman of the company presided over the conference, said a press release on Tuesday.

Two former chairmen of Peoples Insurance -- Shahjada Mahmud Chowdhury and Abul Bashar -- were present at the conference as special guests.

Vice Chairman Mohammed Anowarul Haque, Directors -- Amir Humayun Mahamud Chowdhury, Mohamed Ali Hossain, Mahbubur Rahman Patwari, Independent Directors -- AKM Aminul Mannan, Sobhit Bikash Barua and Dilshad Ahmed – also joined the virtual conference.

The company’s Advisory Engineer MH Khaled, Chief Executive Officer SM Azizul Hossain, company secretary Sheikh Mohammad Sarfaraz Hossain and high officials of head and branch offices also attended the event, added the release.
