Colour Style gets plot in Jamalpur EZ

Colour Style Bangladesh, a textile dye and chemical manufacturer, recently got a six-acre plot in Jamalpur Economic Zone (EZ).

The company intends to invest $11.76 million in the economic zone which will create employment opportunities for at least 1,235 people, said a press release.

A lease agreement in this regard was signed at the on Tuesday afternoon.

Executive Member (Investment Development) of Beza, Ali Ahsan, and Managing Director of Colour Style Bangladesh, Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organisations in this regard on Tuesday. The signing ceremony was held at the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) office. Color Style Bangladesh will set up two factories in Jamalpur in joint venture with a Turkish company. BEZA Executive Chairman Shaikh Yusuf Harun at the event said that construction of new factories in is a positive news for the country at time of a pandemic.
