SEU observes National Mourning Day

Southeast University (SEU) organised a discussion on Thursday to observe the National Mourning Day.

The discussion was held virtually, said a press release.

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq attended the discussion as the chief guest.

Southeast University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. AFM Mafizul Islam presided over the function while Bangabandhu Chair Professor, University of Dhaka and former Bangladesh Bank governor Dr. Atiur Rahman attended the event as the special guest.

Rezaul Karim, Chairman, board of trustees, Southeast University Trust gave his welcome speech as the guest of honour.

Mohammad Imtiaj, director of BCPR conducted the programme while Prof Dr. ANM Meshquat Uddin, adviser, board of trustees also spoke.
