Board meeting of Southeast Bank held

Southeast Bank has organized its 635th board meeting through digital platform on Thursday.

Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of the bank and directors -- MA Kashem and Azim Uddin Ahmed, independent director Dr Quazi Mesbahuddin Ahmed and bank’s advisor Zakir Ahmed Khan participated in a discussion and appreciated last six months achievements of the bank, said a media release. 

They also discussed about the future planning of the bank and unitedly expressed their commitment towards making a successful journey in future to take the bank to a new height, reads the release.

Alamgir Kabir presided over the board meeting while bank’s Vice-Chairperson Duluma Ahmed, directors -- MA Kashem, Azim Uddin Ahmed, Jusna Ara Kashem, Rehana Rahman, Akikur Rahman, Raiyan Kabir,
Moniruz Zaman Khan (nominated by Bay Leasing & Investment Limited), independent directors -- Quazi Mesbahuddin Ahmed and Mohammad Delwar Husain, bank’s advisor Zakir Ahmed Khan, and Managing Director Kamal Hossain participated in the meeting virtually.
