An agreement between the Bangladesh Bank and the Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited was signed on Monday for collection of government revenue/taxes through Automated Challan System.
Under the agreement, revenue/taxes can easily be paid through Automated Challan System (ACS) from any branches of Dutch-Bangla Bank. These services are also be available through bank’s Nexus gateway, said a news release.
Forkan Hossain, General Manager, Accounts & Budget, Bangladesh Bank and Abul Kashem Shirin, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Bangladesh Bank Deputy Governor Ahmed Jamal was present as the chief guest in the program.
