The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh launched its new CMA Curriculum-2021 at ICMAB Bhaban on Wednesday.
Nojibur Rahman, Chairman, Capital Market Stabilization Fund, BSEC and Former Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was present as chief guest while AKM Delwer Hussain, President, South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) and Council Member & former President, ICMAB was present as special guest, said a press release.
According to the release, the CMA Curriculum- 2021 includes the practical aspects and industry as per the need of the domestic employers keeping the international standards of professional accountancy, auditing and corporate management intact.
Nojibur Rahman congratulated the leaders of ICMAB for preparing a pragmatic curriculum, which is the demand of the time. He expressed his desire to build a new partnership with ICMAB and BSEC to further develop the capital market.
ICMAB President Abu Bakar Siddique presided over the program and appreciated to the members who have given relentless services for doing this great job.
