Hajj Finance holds AGM

The 14th Annual General Meeting of Hajj Finance Company Limited was held at company’s head office in the capital recently. Kazi Rafiqul Alam, Chairman of Hajj Finance Company presided over the meeting.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the shareholders of the company attended in the meeting virtually maintaining health safety guidelines, said a press release on Monday.

In the AGM, the shareholders of the company approved the audited financial statements for the year 2020 and declared cash dividend for the same year. The members of the board of directors along with the managing director and high officials of the company were present.
