Pathao has once again topped the list of national and international e-commerce companies operating in the country in terms of consumer grievance redressal rates. The digital services platform has a 99.25 per cent grievance redressal rate. This information was revealed in a recent report published by the Department of National Consumer Protection.
Between July 1, 2017 and August 31, 2021, the number of customer complaints regarding the services of Pathao Limited was 267 out of which the company has settled 265 complaints.
