Southeast Bank holds board meeting

The 637th board meeting of Southeast Bank Limited was held through digital platform on Monday Alamgir Kabir, Chairman, Southeast Bank Limited presided over the board meeting, said a press release.

Duluma Ahmed, Vice-Chairperson, MA Kashem, Chairman, Executive Committee and Director of the Board, Azim Uddin Ahmed, Chairman, Risk Management Committee and Director of the Board and other members of the Board of Directors -- Jusna Ara Kashem, Rehana Rahman, Akikur Rahman, M Maniruz Zaman Khan, Syed Sajedul Karim, Chairman of Audit Committee and Independent Director, Quazi Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Independent Director, Mohammad Delwar Hussain, Independent Director, M Kamal Hossain, Managing Director, SM Mainul Kabir, Deputy Managing Director, Masum Uddin Khan, SEVP and AKM Nazmul Haider, Company Secretary participated in the meeting.

The members of the board of directors also discussed about bank’s various business initiatives in details. They also discussed about the future planning of bank.
