Local brand of organic products named RiBANA’s website https://www.ribana.com.bd was launched through a press conference at a city hotel on Saturday to deliver the organic brand to the world.
For the first time, people all over the world will be able to buy Bangladeshi brand RiBANA's products through international e-commerce platform Amazon. DHL courier services will do the delivery work, RiBANA said in a statement on Tuesday.
Popular actress Dilara Hanif Purnima, the brand ambassador of RiBANA, was present at the inaugural press conference of the website with founder Wahiduzzaman and other officials.
RiBANA's founder Md. Wahiduzzaman told that press conference that the brand's star product "Saffron Goat Milk Soap" is in high demand in the country and abroad. The demand of "Saffron Goat Milk Soap" is increasing day by day.
“Connecting our business with Amazon will allow us to take our brand to the international level. Besides, all the products of our brand will be available on international websites like Alibaba, eBay, AliExpress, etc very soon,” he said.
Dilara Hanif Purnima said, “Everyone works with foreign products but I am working with these local products. Before I got signed with RiBANA, I saw their promotion on social media and used Ribana's products. Every product of RiBANA is 100 per cent quality ensured, which is used by all my relatives starting from me. They are doing quite well as domestic products and have become popular.
