Local brand Marcel started Season-12 of its Digital Campaign across the country following huge responses from customers in the previous campaigns.
Under the campaign, customer can get lakhs of taka as cashbacks on the purchase of Marcel fridge, television, air conditioner, washing machine, gas stove, rice cooker and electric fan. These benefits become effective from November 1, 2021 to any further notice.
The announcement was made at the ‘Declaration Programme of Digital Campaign Season-12’ held at the Marcel Corporate Office in the capital on Sunday, said a media statement on Monday.
Marcel authorities said that the buyers can get lakhs of taka as cashbacks if they complete the required digital registration process after purchasing Marcel products in this season. A buyer can get cashback up to a maximum of Tk 50,000 with other benefits.
Marcel's Deputy Managing Directors Nazrul Islam Sarker and Eva Rezwana, Plaza Trade’s CEO Mohammad Rayhan, Senior Executive Directors SM Zahid Hasan, Marcel Head of Sales Dr Shakhawat Hossen, Chief Marketing Officer Firoj Alam, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of AC Tanvir Rahman, Refrigerator’s CBO Engineer Anisur Rahman Mallick, TV's CBO Engineer Mostafa Nahid Hossain, and Electrical Appliances' CBO Sohel Rana attended the function.
Marcel is building the customers’ database to ensure faster after-sales service. On this occasion, Marcel is conducting Digital Campaign Season-12 now after the successful completion of season-11.
In the digital registration, the details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of the customer, contact number and the model number of the purchased product are being stored on a server Marcel so that customers can avail the service from any Marcel service center any time, even if the warranty card is lost.
