FBCCI signs MoUs with two trade bodies in UK

Memoranda of Understanding (MoU)s were signed between FBCCI & Chamber Wales and FBCCI & Wales-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce at a business meeting in Cardiff, United Kingdom on Monday.

FBCCI President Jashim Uddin, Chamber Wales President Paul Slevin, and Wales-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce President Abdul Alim signed the MoUs, FBCCI said in a media statement on Tuesday.

Jashim Uddin said that Bangladesh now has many highly prospective diversified products to export to UK. Chamber Wales and Wales-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry may encourage people in UK to use the products of Bangladesh.

FBCCI and Chamber Wales and Wales-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry may work together in a focused manner to promote Bangladesh branding and facilitate export diversification, he said.

Jashim Uddin also said FBCCI as the apex trade body of Bangladesh is always open to facilitate business interest of both local and foreign investors in Bangladesh. He hoped, signing of MoUs between FBCCI & Chamber Wales and FBCCI & Wales- Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry would open up new windows for networking and meaningful partnership.
