ICAB publishes ‘Bangladesh Economia’ journal

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) published a peer-reviewed journal titled ‘Bangladesh Economia’, a half-yearly journal based on research.

The launching ceremony was held at CA Bhaban in the capital on Saturday, said a media statement.

Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hassan Chowdhury uncovered the 1st issue of the half-yearly journal of ICAB as the chief guest.

Bangladesh Bank former Governor Dr. Atiur Rahman and Centre for Policy Dialogue’s (CPD) Research Director Dr. Khondaker Golam Moazzem were present as special guests.

ICAB President Mahmudul Hasan Khusru gave address of welcome while its CEO Shubhashish Bose delivered opening remarks.

Chairman of the Editorial Board, Bangladesh Economia, Professor Dr. Salim Uddin briefed on the journey of ‘Bangladesh Economia’.

ICAB council members, former presidents, and journalists also attended the ceremony.
