BRAC Bank, vivo sign payment gateway agreement

BRAC Bank and global smartphone brand vivo have signed a Payment Gateway Agreement.

The deal will allow vivo to accept online payment from VISA and MasterCard holders against online product sales and services by using BRAC Bank Payment Gateway.

It will enable BRAC Bank to deploy its Payment Gateway in online platform of vivo. vivo aims to build a bridge between humans and the digital world. Through unique creativity, vivo provides the users with an increasingly convenient mobile and digital experience, the company said in a statement.

Xie Dong (Cruise), Head of Finance, Gong Wei (Anthony), Head of Ecommerce, Shahenul Islam, Senior Manager-Finance from vivo attended the signing ceremony held at BRAC Bank’s head office in Dhaka on November 29.

Mahiul Islam, Head of Retail Banking, Khairuddin Ahmed, Head of Merchant Acquiring, Abu Sayem Ansari, Head of Premium Banking, Arifuzzaman, Area Head, Dhaka Central and Mymensingh Region, Raihanul Kabir, Manager, E-commerce Merchant Acquiring attended the ceremony from BRAC Bank.
