ICMAB opens study center in Uttara

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) has launches a study center in the capital’s Uttara area.

AKM Delwer Hussain, president of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) inaugurated the center as the chief guest on Saturday, said a press release.

According to the release, one of the many flagship initiatives of ICMAB is setting up study centers at places with the need to ensure access to the CMA program by members of the society across the country.

The initiative supports building strong social capital and helps the Institute to mark its footprint in the development of Bangladesh economy, it added.

In presence of ICMAB President Abu Bakar Siddique, the chief guest congratulated the council and its members for such an initiative and said it would contribute positively to the CMA students in their path of learning.

The ICMAB President pleasantly addressed the gathering and shared commitment of his council for the development of ICMAB and the country.

On the occasion, ICMAB Vice President Md Mamunur Rashid shared the significance of the initiative that envisions ICMAB’s future directions.

ICMAB VP Md Munirul Islam also spoke on the occasion. Among others, ICAMB Secretary Kazi Muhammad Ziauddin, Treasurer AKM Kamruzzaman and Council Members along with a large number of fellow and associate members from Uttara attended the programme.
