Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), an affiliate institute of Dhaka University has offered study in entrepreneurship economics.
The admission is going on in the different programmes of the institute.
A four-year honours programme (Entrepreneurial Economics), a nine-month post-graduate diploma (Enterprise Development) and an 18-month master's degree in economics (Entrepreneurship Economics) are available in the institute.
Bachelor of Economics (Entrepreneurial Economics) admission is open and will continue in December 8. Applicant should pass SSC or equivalent examination from 2015 to 2018 and HSC or equivalent examination from 2019 to 2020 to get admitted.
Distribution of admission form of Master's degree in economics (Entrepreneurship Economics) will be available till December 14. It is the sole master's programme in entrepreneurial economics in the subcontinent.
Prominent economist and DScE Chairman Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad said that entrepreneurial economy is essential for equitable growth in the country.
Programme co-coordinator and Dhaka University (DScE) professor Dr. Mahbub Ali told The Business Post that, “We are teaching to create competent and successful entrepreneurs for the modern world.”
