Mobile phone brand vivo has expanded its customer service facilities in Uttara & Mirpur to reach to a larger set of consumer base in Bangladesh.
In addition to its existing 23 stores, vivo is adding two new service centres in Dhaka, providing it’s post sales service from a total of 25 service centres across the country, said a press release.
The new service centres will further strengthen the customer connect in Bangladesh and enable the brand to reach out to its customers across the country.
vivo customers who purchase a vivo handset may replace it within 15 days if there are any functional faults, and will receive 1 year of free maintenance, and 6 months local replacement warranty for the battery, earphone, charger, and USB cable from the purchase date if there are any functional faults.
They will also have the benefits of gaming centres and service day available on these 2 new service facilities.
vivo Bangladesh Assistant Manager (PR) Reasat Ahmed said, “Our previous initiatives in the after sales service have gotten a resoundingly positive response, and we are happy to have been able to open two additional service facilities in Dhaka.
