MetLife provides services to A&E Bangladesh

American & Efird Bangladesh Limited has recently signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to avail insurance facilities for its employees.

Under the deal, MetLife Bangladesh will provide group life, and medical insurance coverage to more than 480 employees of the industrial sewing thread manufacturing company and their family members, said a press release.

Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, additional managing director and chief distribution officer of MetLife Bangladesh, and Angelo Leanage, managing director of American & Efird Bangladesh Ltd, signed the agreement in presence of other senior officials. Established in 1891, American & Efird (A&E) Limited is a global manufacturer and distributor of premium quality industrial and consumer sewing thread, embroidery thread and technical textiles.
