Commemorating the Victory Day and fifty years of independence of the country, Hotel La Meridian organised a festival titled Joyodhoni at their premises in the capital.
The day-long festival included discussion, musical extravaganza by local artists, and art competition for children, said a media release on Wednesday.
Best Holdings Limited Director Tasnuva Islam and French International School Teacher Tamanna Aktar handed over prizes to the three winners of the art competition.
AvoidRafa, Dipro and Durjoy Brothers, and Chithipoth band presented flute and folk songs at the festival.
The festival also exhibited traditional handloom Muslin, Monipuri and Jamdani sarees.
