Workshop on ‘Khamatayan’ held

Traidcraft Exchange Bangladesh has organised a half-day workshop following the stepping on successful fourth year of European Union funded project "Empowering Smallholders to Strengthen Local Democratic Governance (Khamatayan)".

The workshop was held at Spectra Convention Centre in the capital recently, said a media release.

“Khamatayan” Project is designed to strengthen the governance, accountability, and sustainability of established smallholder farmer-led grassroots Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Bangladesh.

The workshop further engaged smallholders- Ied CSOs, their district and upazila associations in presence of the project donors, project implementers and other stakeholders for an informative session to transmit their learnings, exclusive insights and achievements throughout the duration of the project.
