DIU celebrates 20th Foundation Day

Daffodil International University has celebrated its 20th foundation anniversary on Monday, amid much enthusiasm and festivity.

Marking the day, a cake cutting program was held at the Academic Building premises on the campus.

DIU Treasurer Mominul Haque Majumder was present as the chief guest with other distinguished officials of DIU, said a press release.

Prof Dr M Shamsul Alam, the dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof AMM Hamidur Rahman, the dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof Dr Md Masum Iqbal, Business and Entrepreneurship Faculty dean, Dr Md Fokhray Hossain, DIU director (International Affairs), Syed Mizanur Rahman, director of Student Affairs, all heads of the departments and other high officials were present on the occasion.

Daffodil International University started its operation on January 24 in 2002.
