Eastland Insurance gets SAFA award

Eastland Insurance Company has achieved ‘Certificate of Merit’ for ‘Best Presented Annual Report Awards, 2020 in the ‘Insurance Category’ by The South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).

Eastland Insurance Chief Executive Officer Abdul Haque received the award from ICAB President Md. Shahadat Hossain in an award ceremony on Wednesday.

According to a media statement, Eastland Insurance has also been awarded in the ‘21st ICAB National Award for Best Presented Annual Reports, 2020’ in `Insurance Category’ by the ICAB.

In the previous years, the insurance company was awarded with ‘’Best Corporate Award” by the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) for fourth consecutive years and “Best Presentation Annual Report Award” by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
