Islami Commercial Insurance holds board meeting

The 140th meeting of the board of directors of Islami Commercial Insurance Co. Ltd. was held recently at the company’s head office premises in the capital.

Chairperson of the board of directors Shahida Anowar presided over the meeting, the company said in a statement.

The board deliberated on different policies and operational issues regarding business of the company and provided necessary guidance to the management to accelerate its overall growth and development.

Directors -- MG Faruk, Ashik Hossain, and Nusrat Jahan Tania, Independent Director Md Habibur Rahman, Chief Adviser Al-haj Md. Anowar Hossain, Consultant Md. Anisur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer Mir Nazim Uddin Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer Moinul Ahsan Chowdhury and Company Secretary Md. Aktaruzzaman -- were present in the meeting.
