Canadian University of Bangladesh celebrates Amar Ekushey

Canadian University of Bangladesh in collaboration with Better Bangladesh Foundation celebrated Amar Ekushey and the International Mother Language Day in its auditorium in Dhaka on Monday last.

Charles Whiteley, Head of Delegation and the Ambassador of the European Union to Bangladesh has graced the programme as the chief guest while Dr. Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, Founder and Chairman of Board of Trustees of Canadian University of Bangladesh presided over the programme.

Professor Masud A Khan, founder of Better Bangladesh Foundation was present in the programme as the special guest, the university said in a statement.

Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat thanked Charles Whiteley for visiting the university and said that the bilateral relationship and cooperation between European Union and Canadian University of Bangladesh will continue for the greater interests.
