First-ever flagship showroom of Sony-Smart in March

Japanese Sony Corporation and Bangladesh’s Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd will inaugurate the first-ever flagship showroom “SonySmart” in early March.

The final touch at the showroom is underway now. The showroom is located on the ground floor of Zahir Smart Tower in the capital’s Mirpur area said a media statement.

Sony-Smart General Manager Sarwar Jahan Chowdhury told the media that the customers of Sony will get genuine products at a fair price from the
showroom.

He said, “Smart Electronics (BD) Ltd is the official distributor of Japanese Sony Corporation in Bangladesh. As Sony and Smart joined hands together, the customer will definitely enjoy the best service. Sony Corporation has a worldwide reputation, while the Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd is at the forefront in the Bangladeshi technology-product market for quality products and after-sales service.”

“Furthermore, we will treat the customers of Sony’s electronics products and related services as our family members, not as customers. Once they purchased a product from us, will be the lifetime member of the Sony-Smart family.

Also, when the flagship showroom is opened, there will be exciting offers for our customers and distributors,” Sarwar added.

On November 31, 2021, Smart Technology (BD) Ltd, one of the leading IT companies in the country, signed an agreement with Japanese conglomerate Sony Corporation as the official distributor to market electronics products and related services.

Smart Technology (BD) has been marketing IT products in Bangladesh for a long time. The company is currently marketing IT products of about 85 world-class brands, added the statement.
