Daraz ensures health insurance for its employees

Daraz Bangladesh has signed an agreement with Pragati Life Insurance Ltd on Tuesday.

Under the agreement, Daraz full-time employees will enjoy exclusive life and health insurance benefits from Pragati Life Insurance, Daraz said in a statement.

Daraz Bangladesh Managing Director Syed Mostahidal Hoq and Pragati Life Insurance Deputy Managing Director Md Rafiqul Alam Bhuiyan signed the agreement.   

The agreement confirms that now each Daraz full-time employee, along with their spouse and children, will remain assured of better financial security support, in case of any health hazard.

Since its establishment in Bangladesh, Daraz has been known as one of the most employee-friendly organisations in the market because of its global-standard work policies and organisational culture, said the statement.
