Minister MyOne Group celebrates 20th founding anniversary

Bangladesh’s top brand, Minister Hi-Tech Park Ltd Group has celebrated its 20th anniversary. To commemorate the anniversary, the Minister MyOne Group inaugurated its e-commerce site ‘e-Raj’ at a ceremony in Dhaka on Saturday.

From this e-commerce platform, customers will be able to purchase all kinds of domestic and foreign electronics and home appliance products of all brands with fast delivery time, Minister said in a statement.

Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman F Rahman was present as the chief guest at the function presided over by Minister Group Chairman and FBCCI Vice President MA Razzak Khan Raj.

Information and Communication Technology State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Youth and Sports State Minister Md Zahid Ahsan Russel, Dhaka North City Corporation Mayor Atiqul Islam and former FBCCI President Sheikh Fazle Fahim were present as the special guests.

BGMEA President Faruque Hassan, DMP Commissioner Md Shafiqul Islam, Additional IGP Mohammad Ali Mia, Additional IG Md Shahbuddin Khan, Minister Group Managing Director Dilruba Tanu, and chairmen and MDs of various banks, political and business personalities and senior officials of the Minister Group were also present at the event.

Congratulating Minister MyOne Group on its 20th anniversary celebrations, Salman F Rahman said, “In the 2022-2023 budget, the government of Bangladesh has emphasized on domestic products.”

“At this time domestic brands like Minister are meeting the demand of the country with our domestic products. Our traders will go further if there is a favourable investment environment in the world in the field of industry,” he added.

Zunaid Ahmed Palak said, “At present, 130 million people in the country are connected to the Internet, and in 13 years the country’s electronics industry has reached in $3.5 billion. All those contribution has come from the domestic electronics industries. Minister MyOne Group will also play a leading role in shaping the future of developed countries.”
