BRAC Bank organises customer meet in Rajshahi

BRAC Bank has organized a customer meet in Rajshahi as part of its continuous pursuit of achieving excellence in customer service.

The meeting was aimed at getting feedback from the customers to improve customer service further and designing tailor-made products as per the requirement of the customers. Many customers of the Rajshahi region attended the meeting held at BRAC Learning Center on June 6, 2022., reads a statement.

Md. Shaheen Iqbal, CFA, Deputy Managing Director, said: “This interactive session with the customers will enable us to understand the continuously changing banking requirements of the customers and design our product offerings accordingly.”
