SJIBL hosts training on automated FC clearing

Shahjalal Islami Bank’s (SJIBL) Training Academy organised an awareness and training session on ‘Automated FC Clearing through RTGS System’ recently.

Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank M Akhter Hossain was present in the workshop as a chief guest and inaugurated the programme, said the bank in a statement.

The Principal of Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy Md Saidur Rahman presided over the workshop. There were 59 officers from different branches, and head offices of the bank and seven customer representatives attended the training programme.

The Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank’s Payment Systems Department Rafeza Akter Kanta, the Joint Director of Forex Reserve and Treasury Management Department (FRTMD) of Bangladesh Bank Md Zainul Abedin imparted training at the workshop.

The EVP and Head of Banking Operations Division of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd Md Naquibul Islam was present as Moderator in the programme, and the SVP and In-Charge of the Payment and Settlement Department
(PSD) of the Bank Md Abdul Quddus was also present in the programme as a speaker.
