ULAB Nutrition and Wellness Club hosted their flagship three-day event, “The Food Carnival 2022”, at the ULAB campus starting on July 18, 2022.
The Food Carnival encourages the students to showcase their talent in the Food & Beverage sector and to improve their networking and entrepreneurship skills, said a statement.
The Treasurer Prof. Milan Kumar Bhattacharjee and Registrar Lt Col Md graced the inauguration ceremony. Foyzul Islam (Retd.) of ULAB, followed by a speech about the importance of Food and Nutrition and the origin of the Food Carnival.
The flagship event was coordinated by the club president, Nur E Nasreen Joty, along with 40 volunteers who were assigned to take charge of the stalls to ensure the success of the event.
