OPPO organises Global Screen Protection Plan event

OPPO has developed the Global Screen Protection Plan Event, offering exciting service discounts to its customers, free after-sales services, and many other attractions.

The two-month-long event started on June 30, 2022, and will continue till August 30, 2022. During the event in Bangladesh, customers can visit any of the 22 customer service centres, 12 touch points and authorisation centres, and 34 service outlets to avail of these offers, said OPPO in a statement.

During the offer period, customers can enjoy discounts of up to 50 per cent on screen replacement of specific models and favourable pricing on phone repair.

Moreover, OPPO Service Centres offer special replacement discounts for the screen, battery, and back cover, ensuring a relatively lower replacement price overall.

Customers can be assured of the guaranteed quality of the original spare parts used in the repairs. They can enjoy free labour costs on professional after-sales service and a 90 days warranty on OPPO smartphones.

The two-month-long global celebration will provide customers with favourable prices on phone repair and renewal of their phones with OPPO care.

It is mentionable that OPPO has introduced face-to-face maintenance services in Bangladesh, ensuring maximum transparency by allowing users to view the entire maintenance process for increased user satisfaction.

Moreover, it is the first mobile phone brand in the country to have launched a mobile recording service in the customer service centres, where users can record the service provision process or request a service provider to record it.

OPPO has 22 customer service centres, 12 touch points and authorisation centres, and a total of 34 service outlets in Bangladesh. Throughout the pandemic, OPPO has been disinfecting its service centres and giving out masks to every customer entering the premises, exemplifying the brand’s social concerns.

OPPO Bangladesh also provides ‘extended warranty and replacement’ and ‘free warranty’ service even after exceeding the initial warranty period to customers who could not claim it on time due to Covid-19 restrictions.
