Several papers including mobile phones and SIMs were seized from them, DMP Assistant Commissioner Dhrubo Jotirmoy Gop confirmed on Tuesday.
He said, “After receiving the case, we started the investigation with utmost importance. With the help of information technology, we were able to identify and arrest the accused.”
“It is our expectation to the job aspirants that you verify before sharing your personal information; otherwise you may be a victim of fraud at any time,” he suggested.
Shwapno Head of Human Resources Khurshid Imbisat Chowdhury said that the retail chain shop recruits staff through its HR department by following certain steps.
He also advised following the official LinkedIn profile or Facebook page of Shwapno for recruitment information to avoid scams.
