ILFSL signs MoU with SBCML to facilitate corporate advisory services

An agreement was signed between International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) and Shonar Bangla Capital Management Limited (SBCML) to facilitate, corporate-advisory and issue-management services.

The MoU, recently, was signed in the presence of senior officials at the DR Tower, located in ILFSL’s head office, Paltan.

Acting Managing Director Md Moshiur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited. On the other hand, Chief Executive Officer of Sonar Bangla Management Limited (SBCML) Imam Hossain signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of his organisation.

ILFSL Board Member Syed Abu Nasser Bakhtiar Ahmed, Mr. Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, Brigadier General Mohammad Meftaul Karim Barrister Muhammad Ashraf Ali, Mohammad Enamul Hasan and senior officers of Sonar Bangla Capital Management Limited (SBCML) were present on the occasion.

Earlier, the Board of Directors of ILFSL approved the execution of an agreement with Sonar Bangla Capital Management Limited to convert the deposits and liabilities of the institution into shares. It has also decided to implement the share conversion process subject to the approval of all regulatory bodies.
