Md Sharif Hasan FCS elected as council member of ICSB;

Md. Sharif Hasan LLB, FCS, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Company Secretary, Unique Hotel and Resorts Limited and Unique Group, has been elected as one of the council member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), country's apex body of the governance professionals formed under the Act of Parliament.

He also served as council member in the ICSB in the previous 2019-2022 term.He was the chairman of the corporate laws review sub committee of ICSB.

At the 5th Council election, a total of thirty (30) members were contested in the election where 13 members finally elected as council members of ICSB for the 2022-25.

Hasan represents in the Board of Star Allied Venture Limited on behalf of Unique Hotel and Resorts limited. He also served as standing committee member of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industries (DCCI). 

He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dhaka. He also did the LLB from the National University.
