Rezaul Karim re-elected ASA vice chairman

Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh Chairman Md Rezaul Karim has been re-elected as vice chairman of Asian Shippers’ Alliance (ASA) for the period of 2022-2024 among from the Member Countries of South Asia Region at ASA Annual Meeting.

The meeting was held on October 10 at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok, Thailand. He held this position from 2017 to 2022. Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh (SCB) is the founder member of ASA, established in 2015.

Rezaul Karim is the Proprietor of S. N. Jute International a pioneer jute exporting firm. He is Member of the FBCCI General Body. He was also Chairman of Bangladesh Jute Association & Former Chairman of Private Sector Consultative Board of International Jute Study Group.
