Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) organised a press conference on Saturday at The Daily Star Centre to brief the media regarding their biggest event of the year “BSHRM-Guardian Life 9th International HR Conference 2022”.
The conference will be held on November 25 at Sheraton in Banani, Dhaka. Guardian Life Insurance is the title sponsor of this conference.
Anthony Ariganello, FCPA, FCGA, FCCA, CPHR, CGMA, ICD.D, President of World Federation of Peoples Management Association (WFPMA) and Chief Executive Officer, CPHR BC, YK AND APHR CANADA will be present virtually as a Guest of Honor, said a press release.
Willium (Bob) Morton, Immediate Past President of World Federation of Peoples Management Association (WFPMA) and Dhammika Fernando, Executive General Manager of Tropical Findings (Pvt.) Ltd. and Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management, Executive Board Member of World Federation of Peoples Management Association (WFPMA) will be available as the Key Note Speaker of the Conference. Apart from these, a number of foreign veteran HR professionals will be attending as well in the conference. The conference will be a great melting pot for a large number of global and local HR leaders, corporate CEOs, renowned HR & Management professionals of different business segments, academicians, students of the
universities and other stakeholders. We are expecting around 500 participants (both HR and Non-HR professionals) from home and abroad to actively participate in the event.

like other countries of the world including India and Malaysia. Apart from this, he proposed to enact the “Bangladesh Employment Act” or to change the Bangladesh Labor Act and name it as “Bangladesh Employment and Labor Act” to ensure the legal rights of all professionals in the country.
