BBCC inaugurates its office in Richmond Hill

The Bangladesh Business Chamber of Canada (BBCC) opened its office in Richmond Hill recently.

A special function was organised to mark the inauguration of the office, said a press release.

Bangladesh High Commissioner to Canada Khalilur Rahman inaugurated the office as the chief guest at 120 Newkirk Road in Richmond Hill.

Visiting the office he expressed satisfaction and said, “This chamber has always played an important role in the development of Canada-Bangladesh commercial relations. The new office will accelerate the operations of the Chamber.”

Lutfar Rahman, Consul of Bangladesh in Toronto was present as a special guest while President of the Bangladesh Business Chamber of Canada and CEO of Premium Sweets, HM Iqbal presided over the event.

Mohammed Hasan, Director Admin of the Bangladesh Business Chamber Of Canada and CEO of Canada National Construction, moderated the event.

Bangladesh Consul in Toronto, Lutfar Rahman, said: “we will continue all kinds of cooperation in furthering the activities of the chamber. The Chamber and the Consular Office will work together on various Canada-Bangladesh issues”.

Chamber President, HM Iqbal, said that the Chamber office will be considered as a hub for Bangladeshi and Canadian businessmen.
