IIAB Bangladesh holds AGM

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Institute of Internal Auditors Bangladesh (IIAB) was held at FKMA Baki Auditorium, Audit Bhawan in the capital’s Kakrail on Saturday.

Ten members of the Board of Governors (BOG) have been elected at the AGM according to the Articles of Association of the Institute.

Ajit Kumar Paul was elected as the president, while Amitava Saha was elected as the secretary general. Adil Iftekhar was elected as the Treasurer of IIAB.

M Nurul Alam and Nanda Dulal Saha were elected as vice president.

The other elected members of the BOG of IIAB are M Iqbal Hossain, Ahmed Ashique Hussain, Tahsinur Rahim, Md Shahriar Rana and M Tabarak Hossain.
