NCC Bank launches Islamic Banking

NCC Bank has launched its shari’ah based Islamic Banking activities ‘NCC Islamic’. In this regard, Bank’s Chairman Md Abul Bashar and Vice-Chairman Sohela Hossain formally inaugurated NCC Islamic Banking activities and flagship Islamic banking branch at Gulshan-2, Dhaka on Sunday, said a press release.

Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid presided over the ceremony.

Md Abul Bashar in his speech said that NCC Bank is committed to provide the best & technology based innovative banking services to meet the needs of the customers in prompt and secure way. Considering the importance of Islamic banking in the socio economic context of Bangladesh, NCC Bank has launched a full-fledged Islamic banking branch at Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Besides, Past Chairman & Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Alhaj Md. Nurun Newaz, Past Chairman & Chairman of the Executive Committee S. M. Abu Mohsin, Director & Past Vice Chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader and Director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz along with Members of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee Dr. Md. Anwar Hosain Molla were present on the occasion.

Deputy Managing Director’s, Member’s of the Senior Management Team, Divisional Head of Head Office along with other Senior Branch Managers of NCC Bank Ltd. were also present at the inaugural ceremony.
