The Entrepreneurial Economists Club of Dhaka School of Economics has formed a new committee for the next year, which will be effective from December 12, as per the annual general meeting held on Sunday, according to a press release.
Mohammad Jamal Hussain was made president, and Jishan Rahman was made general secretary of the committee. The other office-bearers are Vice President 1 Mohammad Faizul Alam Siddiqui, Vice President 2 Roksana Akhter, Treasurer Samira Binte Saif, Joint Secretary Mahe Alam Sarwar, and Publicity Secretary Mohammad Farhadul Islam Bhuiyan.
On the new club committee, the executive committee members are Shamim Ahmad, Sharafat Hossain, Shilpi Rani Dutta, Mohammad Abdus Salam, Parimal Saha, Jakir Hossain, and Santunu Dutta. Entrepreneurial Economics Programme Coordinator and Economist, IT expert Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Post Doctorate, Club Moderator Rehana Parveen, and Club Convener Dr. Sara Tasnim congratulated the new committee.
Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Post Doctorate, hoped that the new committee would make entrepreneurial education accessible to all and that society would be knowledge-based, creative, and innovative for social upliftment.
