Bangladesh Finance becomes champion in all categories

Bangladesh Finance Limited has become champion in all categories of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) Best Presented Annual Reporting Award-2021.

SAFA is an international benchmark for corporate governance, financial reporting and integrated reporting, said a press release.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal organised the award ceremony in Kathmandu on Sunday where SAFA President Hennayake Bandara, Vice President Nihar N Jambusaria and different professionals from accountant bodies were also present on the occasion.

The Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bangladesh Finance, Md Rokonuzzaman received the award from Auditor General of Nepal, Tanka Mani Sharma (Dangal).

After getting the award, Bangladesh Finance Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Md Kyser Hamid expressed his excitement and said that “It is really a pleasure to be the first in SAFA! Above all being the champion in all categories has taken Bangladesh Finance to a different level.”
