Daffodil Computers holds 25th AGM

Daffodil Computers Limited held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2021-2022 on Thursday through digital platform.

The shareholders of the company unanimously approved 5 per cent cash dividend at the AGM, said a press release. Chairman Shahana Khan presided over the meeting where the company’s directors, auditor, company secretary as well as the shareholders were present.
