MTB Foundation held its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 26, 2022 at Mutual Trust Bank’s (MTB) corporate head office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairman of MTB Foundation and founding Chairman of MTB, presided over the AGM, said a press release.
Malik Muntasir Reza, Group Company Secretary, moderated the meeting while Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of MTB Foundation, read out the agenda before the governing body.
The AGM was also attended by Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, Vice Chairman of MTB Foundation, and MTB Foundation’s governing body members- Md Wakiluddin, Md Abdul Malek, Md Hedayetullah and Syed Mahbubur Rahman.
Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director and GCRO of MTB; Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director and CAMLCO; and Mohammad Nazmul Hossain, Group Chief Financial Officer, also attended at the AGM.
