Samsung offers 20-yr warranty on refrigerators, washing machines

Samsung is offering a 20-year warranty with refrigerators and washing machines for the first time in the country.

The warranty will be available on its digital inverter compressors and digital inverter motors, said a press release.

This initiative will ensure that the core part of Samsung's refrigerator and washing machine run smoothly for a longer period and in case of any mishap, Samsung will provide free servicing or parts replacement service to ensure a smooth consumer experience.

The initiative aims to strengthen consumers' trust and loyalty towards Samsung products.

Shahriar Bin Lutfor, director and head of business, consumer electronics, said, "Over the years, Samsung has built a great reputation in the Bangladeshi market for its refrigerator and washing machines, for their high performance and durability.”
