The students of Eastern University will get the opportunity of credit transfer at the Crown Institute of Higher Studies in Australia.
In an informal ceremony, Eastern University signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Crown Institute of Higher Studies on January 28 in this regard, said a press release.
Under the MoU, Eastern University students will get the opportunity of credit transfer, special waiver in prescribed subjects and employment opportunities in various fields based on student’s skills.
Apart from this, there are opportunities for faculty exchange and joint research. Other details will be available at Career Service and International Office (CSIO).
The agreement was signed by prof Grant Johns, the dean of the institution on behalf of the Crown Institute and Vice-Chancellor (in-charge) prof Dr Abbas Ali Khan on behalf of Eastern University.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Eastern University Mohammad Ali Azzam was present as the chief guest at the event where teachers and senior officials were present.
