Akhter & Sachimi Hussain Foundation distributed winter clothes among the marginal slum dwellers and helpless people living on the streets of Dhaka city on Tuesday.
The event supported by Rangs Electronics Ltd was organised at the foundation’s office premises in Tejgaon, said a press release. The Foundation will also distribute winter essentials to underprivileged people in the North Bengal region.
Akhter & Sachimi Hussain Foundation was founded by the late Akhter Hussain, also the founder chairman of Rangs Group of Companies.
Rangs Electronics Limited Vice Chairperson Sachimi Hussain and Deputy Managing Director Beanus Hussain distributed warm clothes to the destitute.
“We are always there to help our less fortunate citizens during any natural crisis. We must share with those in need and support them to ease their suffering during the unbearable winter days by distributing blankets and winter clothing” Beanus Hussain said.
